Spring 2026
Adult Sunday School Classes

(March 1 - May 31)

Join us every Sunday morning at 10:15am, nestled neatly between our two worship services, as we get intentional about learning the Bible. At Faith Church, we believe that Sunday School is one of the 3 essential pieces to connecting and growing your faith, along with Sunday morning worship and Community Groups.

The Wonderful Works of God: Exploring the Christian Faith
This book, written in 1909 by the Dutch theologian Herman Bavinck, has gained immense popularity in recent years with its 2019 republication. Written as a systematic theology for the congregation, it goes step by step over the whole of Christian theology in a clear and understandable way. This quarter, we'll start in Chapter 10 and make our way to the end of the book. By the end you will have a very solid understanding of who God is, who Christ is and what He accomplished, the nature of man, the Holy Spirit, and the Church. Join us for this part 2, even if you weren’t here for part 1 as we discover the beauty of Reformed theology together.

A Study of 2 Corinthians
In his first letter to the Corinthians, in addition to encouraging the believers to continue in the faith, the apostle Paul rebuked the church for its numerous errors and sinful practices. Having been prevented from making a personal visit, Paul pens a second letter to this young church plant. In it, he holds out gospel hope and eternal life for all who put their faith in Christ. In addition, he urges the church to forgive those church members who repent of their sin and welcome them back. He also encourages generous giving and provides the Corinthians with a defense of his ministry. Although originally written to the Corinthian church, Paul’s letter remains vitally relevant for Christians today.

Ezra & Nehemiah: The Return Home
This series walks through the books of Ezra and Nehemiah as a unified story of God's faithfulness to a broken and exiled people. Originally one book in the Hebrew canon, these two accounts together trace the arc of return from Cyrus's decree to the dedication of Jerusalem's walls, revealing a God who is always working to bring his people home. Along the way we will encounter themes of divine sovereignty, community renewal, the centrality of Scripture, the power of prayer, and the cost of faithfulness, with continual reminders that we ourselves are on a parallel journey with its destination and fulfillment in Jesus Christ.
